I bought something from a person on Instagram and the shipping company keeps asking for more money to insure the delivery. Global claims they will refund the money after the delivery. The delivery hasn’t arrive, as they keep moving the arrival time back. The person from instagram claims that this isn’t a scam. Global phone number does not connect. I went on the website and initiated a chat/inquiry on tracking my delivery. After leaving delivery information I received another email asking for another $1000.

Please advise/help.
