A total scam site. They lie about refundable delivery fees to deliver but they don't refund or deliver anything. globalinexpress.com/about-us/ states; "...Fees which are usually refundable upon delivery due to the fact that these packages are dealt as high-priority.
These three fees together with the insurance fees are always paid for clients who do use our discrete delivery services for high priority packages and always do receive refunds of their payment once their packages are delivered safely."
They keep the fees, never refund any payments. Totally fake company.
