I was purchasing a car product from a seller on facebook. They were using a shipper who asked for a refundable insurance for $840 that I would then get back. They then asked for payment for a shipping container. I cancelled my order and they wouldn't refund my money unless I paid an additional $145 in a refund processing fee. I gave them plenty of opportunities to rectify the situation but they have not returned my calls or other attempts at communications.
