My father was called at 888-352-9917 by someone named Kerri, looking for me. I was then called by a 513-373-4946 number. When I called them back they stated that I owed $600 for a payday loan, and bad check. When I informed them that I have never used a payday loan he became aggressive, and hung up on me. I called back, asked them to no longer call me, or any of the contacts they stole, and that I was reporting them for fraud. I was then hung up on again.

I was supposedly used as a reference for something by a family member to these people and now they won't stop calling me. I have asked them to stop calling me and their response was that they won't until they speak with who they are trying to contact. I also tried to look them up since they claimed they were a legitimate business, but cannot find anything at all to verify they even exist. I have tried to block the number that didn't work, I tried looking the number up and didn't find much either. They are very unprofessional and uncouth in their endeavor to get what they want. It would be my distinct privilege to know who these people are, that they would stop harassing me and my family.

I kept receiving calls from this number. Finally I answered and they told me I had a payday loan debt from 2012 that was not paid. I was sure that this was not true but the person on the phone kept harassing me and even got a hold of my fathers information and started calling him. It was a horrible situation and the person on the phone told me that I was going to be taken to court and prosecuted. I asked for information before I arranged some sort of payment and they said they couldn't give it to me until I arranged a payment.

Finally they said that it was from December of 2012 and gave me my account number information which was very scary. I decided to just make a payment arrangement to end the calls. My friend told me to get my statements to see if this could be a possible scam. I ordered my statements and sure enough this was not true. I did not have a payday loan with Horizon and had no outstanding debts. I was bullied into giving out information. Now I have to cancel my account and I am very fearful this company is going to keep harassing me and my family. It is embarrassing and I don't know how they got my information.

Received a phone call from Mark Allen claiming to represent Global Services Group. Mr. Allen claimed a debt was owed in the amount of approximately $1,800, and he was in the litigation department for Global Services Group. Offered a settlement amount of $532, and he explained that if I refused to pay that I would served a summons to appear in court.

I requested validation of debt from Mr. Allen, and he promptly stated that was not possible. I therefore stated that the claimed debt was not mine, and I refused to pay. At this point Mr. Allen stated that I should be expecting a summons.

I am constantly harassed by companies saying I am going to be sued, etc, in violation of not paying off a loan... and these loans are paid in full... and I have my documentation of proof. It seems like when I prove to one company they are a scammer, then another company starts calling... My information is in a system and floating around and the callers are getting on my last nerve! They are calling my job, and contacting people I am in no relations to, which is also embarrassing! How do I get my information out of their clutches!

Caller is calling all over a government agency to locate an employee. He states his name is Shaan King, Mediation Specialist with Global Service Group (legal services). He mentioned it was a time-sensitive matter regarding two pending charges against a named employee. The case number is 127760.

The employee called him back and he said it's outstanding debt from a bank that she's reportedly never done business with and he is trying to collect money from her. He also had the last 4 digits of her SSN.
