I went to the government website to apply for Global Entry, and not sure how in the world this site came up. It looks VERY similar to the real government website. They entered the wrong birthdate, and now I can't proceed with the Global Entry application on the real government website.
The lady on the phone does not understand when I keep telling her that the application on the government website will not go through, because GEAssist entered the wrong birthdate. She tells me that I can just tell the interviewing officer that the wrong birth date is entered. She can't seem to understand when I tell her repeatedly that I cannot even get through the application to even schedule an interview because of the wrong birth date.
Hopefully the government Trust Traveler folks (the real government people) will be able to help me.
I don't understand how this website is legit able to be on the internet at all.
