I purchased something from them and haven't received it. Their phone number doesn't work and i have emailed and messaged them multiple times and no one will answer. I saw reviews about the same thing happening to other people. They charge you and will not give you the product but also won't answer you so you can't get a refund

I ordered from Glamour Galore on 2/3/18. I expected the item to be shipped no later than 2/7/18. However, on 2/6/18 I realized I had been charged $24.99 on 2/3/18 despite not being emailed a shipping confirmation nor a tracking number. Since then I have emailed and called the support team but have received no answer. After searching on Google, I found other reviews citing the same scam. I saw this advertisement through Facebook and after looking at their website it did not seem fraudulent. Facebook should also not have advertisements for scams.
