I paid a deposit for a brow lamination, lash lift and tinting class, $50 online. I went in person and the whole school reeked of weed. The employees and teachers were either under age or very young and did not teach this class effectively. There was no intro, just straight to the course which was weird. I was pulled to the side because the way i paid, through venmo was sent to the wrong account, which she confirmed with them before I sent it. They wanted me to cancel but I was unable too due to venmo terms. Everything given to us was cheap. I did not learn anything, and the packet that was given to us did not match the instructions given in person. The instructor was not professional, neither was the child who took my remaining payment. Many students complained in person, then the CEO of the school messaged us via instagram and said she apologized and she would send us a video to make up for their mistakes. Never sent it, she blocked many students who were complaining or asking for their money back. One of the student's shared that no one in that school is lisenced. She offer facials,waxing, brow lamination, how to color hair, do nails etc. I am very disappointed in my whole experience and this place is a scam. the owner cares about the money. The class came with a wax warmer, but it was a euro plug. I warn everyone not to attend this school.
