This company is a scam. I didn't want to give any stars, but I had to select something to leave a review. It operates as a European clothing company but is based in Hong Kong.
The suit I ordered is not what I received. The company is conducting misleading and deceptive practices, delivering low-quality products, and having false customer reviews. I received a poorly made suit with off-seams, sizing, and cheap material. The white design lines on the suit that were supposed to be stitched material were stamped on, and partially on the pant leg and arm of the suit jacket.
The company communicates professionally but manipulatively, giving the impression it is helping you, but it is not. I ordered the suit on April 19, 2025, and received it almost a month later, on May 17, 2025.
Amateurs sewed the suit. The company states on its site that it offers returns and refunds, but it sent me an offer of a $37 refund, and I don’t have to return the item, or a $57 store credit. The company is falsely advertising pictures of clothing it can’t deliver. Please beware of this company and do not purchase anything from it if you don't want to lose your money and be disappointed.

I ordered a jacket from giovanco's website on 30 November 2024 and still haven't received a package as of 22 January 2025. I sent several emails concerning the item only to received generic emails asking me to wait either two week or 10 days. I requested a refund and I was told that a refund wasn't possible and suggested I wait another 2 weeks. I also noticed that the tracking information would update after reaching out fo the company. According to the messages, the package is still in a warehouse. I urge anyone who are thinking about ordering from Giovanco to stir away and seek more reputable companies.

I ordered two items... didn't feel right..my spider senses were tingling.
My extreme experience with onewline purchases allows me today to recognise visually a scam site.
I loved the items shown purchased 2 items using pay pal.Next day I new I was wrong.Went through PayPal got my money back.I always use PayPal for online purchases.. always.

Purchased a pair of boots that took forever for me to received at which time I was made aware that they were not the shoes I actually ordered. The were similar but not the same. I sent an email and corresponded with someone who advise me if I wanted to just keep then they would issue me a 50% gift card of the original price. This is where it gets sticky. I agreed to the gift card/certificate, which I received. At this time I reordered the original shoes that I desired. You want believe this, they again sent me again the wrong shoes, and what's so funny, it was the same wrong shoes from the first problem. I contacted them again taking photos of both pair of shoes, the original sales receipt with the picture of the original shoes I order. I also requested a full refund because as you remembered I used the gift certificate and paid an additional $36. This time, they keep telling me that they issued me the original money which I have not received and it is to expensive to send either pair back. This si so wrong, because now I loose out. I will never order from this company again.

Ordered two pair of boots in the same size but two different colors. I was sent two pair of boots the same color and multiple sizes (at least 3-4 sizes) too small. There was no paperwork inside or on the package (no packing or order detail slip) or size stamped/ listed anywhere on the boots. I sent email and they replied with a return option that had me pay for the shipping of the 2 pair of heavy boots back to Hong Kong.
