Say an ad on Facebook for personalized items. Created a personalized sweatshirt. Made purchase on 8.27. Went out of the country when I returned at the end of Sept I reached out about why it had not come yet. They said it was being made. A few days later I said to please refund. They said it was already created and couldn't. Then I said if it is not mailed out today to cancel. Then a few days later they e-mailed saying there was a mistake and having to remake. Everytime I say to refund they say they can't because it is personalized and can't resell and will have to charged me 33% additional fee. I asked for them to send me a picture of the actual completed item if it is really created and they say oh I can't because it is in the factory. When reading comments either people never receive their items or when they do it is spelled wrong or not what they ordered. Clever to do personalized so no matter what they do they can't give you a refund because they can't resell the item. Their website looks like the items are really nice. I have also reported them to my bank.
