I went to [a large supercenter] and purchased a reloadable money card to use for food and gas for emergencies. I paid $201.00 and was told that it activated upon payment of the card. This was on on 1/28/25, on 1/29/25, I attempted to use the card to pay for $60.00 worth of groceries and the card declined after several attempts. The manager was called after presenting my receipt and calling the number on the back of the card, the card still was not working. I asked th emangager if I was out of my money. He stated yes, you are out of $200.00. Have a nice day. I then called Corporate who basically told me to call the company and get it resolved.
