On February 23, 2020, I zelled Hong Nhung (aka Amy) Do a total of $3240 for 3 airline tickets to Vietnam. My tickets I thought were bought were "canceled" due to "government closures" in Vietnam. I had been asking for a refund since September 2020. It turns out that Amy, her "friend" Ngan (aka Nancy) Do and this man, Tri Lam (aka Kenny or Daryll Marshall), claiming to be their "boss" created 4 travel agencies. On May 29, 2020, they emailed me a fake itinerary that they most likely put together. They claim they had paid me which is a lie. Now, I have found this 5th travel agency, they created.

I have learned that these people open fake businesses; they scam people, take their money, and close the business. Then, open a new business with a different name, close it and so on. They also scam people with gift cards. Amy and Nancy have been prohibited to do business in Amazon; their account has been blocked by Amazon.
