Company indicates it is located in NYC but is actually shipping from China and returns must be made to China. No indicaton of that on the website.

Delivery of orders was advertised to be completed in 4-14 days with shipping info and tracking info to be provided in 3 business days.

This has not happened and i have only gotten ‘the runaround’ from customer service via email exchanges, since NO PHONE NUMBER was provided.

An address in New York is provided, but the website is Australian.

My request for refund has so far been ignored
