I ordered a hairdryer from this company and I received an order number, but I never received a true tracking number or update. After a month passed with no information I emailed and told them if I did not receive a legitimate tracking number or refund within 48 hours I would report them. I never received an email back. No real phone number was listed for the company. The 00000000000 number was not real.
