Ordered hairdryer on 3/1/25 after seeing multiple Instagram reels about it. Never received an email confirmation or tracking information as stated on screen that I would. I took a screenshot that provided a confirmation #. Money was removed from my account, through bank debit transaction almost immediately. But after a week of getting nothing about the order I started to investigate. Emailed several times and got two separate responses saying I should get my order within 8-14 days. After the 14 days emailed again, this time they apologized for the delay with my order and told me they would "forward my concern to their relevant team for further investigation...and you can expect an update within the next 24-48 hours." Have emailed multiple times since and have not received any answers. No phone number available on their website.
