I placed my order on 01/08/2025 and was given a tracking number #HBGJ0023228744YQ. I was told I can keep track of it on www.track718.com I waited and wait and finally on 02/07/2025 it claimed my package was delivered. This was a lie because I have cameras thru out the outside of my house plus my mail lady and other carriers know me and they all reassure me no delivery of packages. I emailed them and confronted them and they blamed logistics this went on for 2 weeks I asked for my money back and they said only for the items not the shipping fees can be returned to me. I told them I paid for everything and I need the full amount. I have argued back and forth they have told me that the refund is coming to my account and nothing I threaten to report them to all media outlets and social and ScamPulse.com and still no response. I can't believe they slammed me this way. I happened to go online and look them up as the name they appeared on the billing (getant.com) turns out they are scamming people but they never came thru my page as that name it was thru this name that I clicked on the actual website ( llbeam.com) which was a fake. I have proof of my purchase and what I bought.
