I received an email describing a thin, long, high-powered flashlight resembling a small baseball bat. Additionally, in the base of the bat, was a small knife which you could pull out. Living in the mountains, I felt like I could keep one near each of the doors to my house. I paid for 3 "bat lights" but they have never been delivered. I have called the phone number numerous times, waited on hold after 10 minutes and told to leave a message. I have received 4 emails from "support" stating the following:

Thank you for reaching out to us. We sincerely apologize for the delayed response – due to a high volume of inquiries during this busy season, our team is working hard to assist everyone as quickly as possible. Rest assured, we’ve received your message, and one of our support agents will be in touch with you shortly. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.Thank you for being a valued customer, we will be in touch with you shortly.

This is the same message on their phone recording. It's very frustrating and I hope others do not fall for their scam.
