An unpaid toll violation is linked to your Georgia-registered vehicle. Under Georgia law (O.C.G.A. § 32-10-62), you must pay in full by January 28, 2026—or face these consequences:
1. Your delinquent balance will be reported to the Georgia DDS;
2. Your vehicle registration will be suspended on January 29, 2026;
3. Your Georgia driver’s license will be suspended for at least 30 days;
4. The debt may be sent to a DDS-authorized collection agency, adding fees up to 35% of the original amount;
5. The delinquency may appear on your credit report and lead to legal action.
