Received ltr telling me they will bill BC/BS, but I need to make payment. No amount listed, just where to send. COVID tests I had were paid for. Only have had rapids (not in doctor’s office). Is this insurance fraud? And who is the physician who “requested” this company have anything to do with me.

I received a letter from Genetworx with a legitimate physician listed saying I participated in a highly specialized and personalized test. I am not from the area in which the physician is listed nor have I had any "specialized" test performed.
