I first received a call from someone claiming that I purchased a protection plan for my home computer and they told me a story about their server going down and that they would not be able to provide support and would like to offer a refund in $xxx amount. Then proceeded to ask if I would go onto my computer and they would provide a form to fill out for the refund.

Then two days later, I received this email below saying that my protection expired and I was going to receive a bill in amount of $373 for renewal and they provided a phone number to call. I called the number and they were again trying to get me to go onto my computer to fill out a form that they would provide.
