An email came to me with just a document . I opened the document and found an invoice on Geek Squad letterhead stating that my 2 year subscription was to renew today and $349.98 would be debited from my account. The email stated to not reply by email but to call their billing department if this was an error and included a phone number. The email stated if this was NOT an authorized charge or if I wanted to cancel my subscription, to call the number given. The "invoice" included a line that said VISA would be the manner of payment. (It did not have my card number listed.) Apparently, I was to call and tell them that it was not an authorized charge and I felt like they would ask me to verify my VISA number. I called the number and a gentleman with an Indian accent answered. After I explained why I was calling, he didn't say anything else so I hung up. I have never had a subscription with this company. It also made it sound urgent, as the charge would appear in the next 24 hours.

Contacted by email at an “att.net” email by a person calling themselves Laisha Moore, from a company named “Geek Squad”, stating I owe $398.98 for a two year renewal their services. I never initiated contact with this company and never called upon them for services. I do not owe them a penny!!!
