the email states if you didn't authorize this charge you have 24 hours to to cancel and get an instant refund. I asked how did he get my information he stated from ************ I advise this was a business line for over 5000 employees,
I then stated this was a scam and that I was going to report them to the ScamPulse.com and to the Ohio Attorney General's office.

They said the money was going to be withdrawn from my checking account and I
should use Any Desk to provide a way to fill out a refund request. I didn't give them
my checking account number but believe this was a Phishing attempt.
They had sent me an email to my email [email protected]

I called the first number given above, and in the attached pic of the email, number over Skype (not from a phone), and got someone who said they were "Geek Squad", who asked me for account numbers and information in the embedded image which I had NOT clicked. Only after I named the email address of the sender - [email protected] - then he said, "Timothy is our supervisor". They wanted information and did not sound professional, nor have any informative thing to tell me.

Then I looked up and called the actual Best Buy geek squad number. (The second number above.)
They did not seem concerned that someone had impersonated Best Buy Geek Squad. **NOTE** I have NOT made ANY purchases from them in a year, and the only purchase was a $29 set of earphones that I paid for in a store same day -- therefore NO "billing".
Also note that it is an entirely different number, answered in a businesslike manner. However, they were useless.
