On April 28th in the morning, I ordered 6 items from this shop with the guarantee that I would receive them by Mother’s Day. I reached out with multiple attempts to get a hold of someone with the status of my order- which was split up and had no response. I finally reached out to my bank about a month after of no response or receipt of my items and thankfully was refunded my money. Not only that but the shop finally reached out claiming that my order was lost and it was no longer their problem since I was refunded. They did not try to contact me or refund me themselves. The one item I received was not correct and all ruined. I am highly upset that I wasted time and money on gifts that were not even gifted. Please avoid this heartache and headache. Stick to what you know (personally Etsy, I have never had issues).

I ordered some custom cupcake toppers April 24th. I tried contacting the company about my account order but didn't hear back. I contacted again May 8th. I didn't receive an email but then got a, shipping confirmation on May 10th. I emailed again bc I was upset they had just shipped the item after the email. I tried again and got an email finally back saying it it was definitely on the way. I looked up their ad again and this time lots of complaints of people not getting their order also. This is definitely a, scam!

Geckocustom pajamas advertised delivery 7-10days. Received 1 of 6 items ordered by day 14 that was cheaply made and mailed from California. Tracking # for remaining merchandise comes from China. Tracking number after 24days stated items were delivered yet no items were received. Multiple attempts through email helpdesk offered no reply. No customer service available. Attempted credit through credit card company pending. Billing for Geckocustom is through Podbros PTE. LTD also no customer service response..
