Online Retailer Scam
I had to spend money to return it but the address I was given for the return did not exist.
The package was then returned to my home listed as 'undeliverable'.
I then received a notification 2 weeks later that I was being charged thru PayPal for a monthly
fee of $69.99 that I never agreed to or was advised about. PayPal was contacted and the charge was stopped.
Side note: The company offered me a 50% discount even before I received the item but they refused to stop the shipping
even though I contacted them in an attempt to cancel the order before it was sent.
Their customer service, if you can call it that, was responsive but uncooperative and useless.
