Applied for a loan with GE CAPITAL BANK, have had to pay fees and charges to MONEYGRAM with Gift cards(re-loadit, walmart, Google play, Steam). Loan was $6000, fees and charges i paid out of pocket was $3700. 1 month later numbers of references for p/up money at MONEYGRAM (Walmart,Fredericksburg VA) was stopped due to low credit (?)

This guy from India call me and says his name is a Mr cooper first of all. Says I was approved for a loan up to 5000. I only needed 1000. I applied thru a legitimate company online a week prior. He proceeded to tell me that in order to disperse the loan amount into my banking account they would have to pay off my Capital One credit card account to make my credit score higher I thought to myself who does that really? He wouldn't answer the question at all when I asked him about why paying off my credit card had anything to do with my loan and where is that money coming from and did I have to pay it back. I put his number in Google search and realized it was a Verizon Wireless cell phone number out of Bradenton Florida or the surrounding area. Not to mention someone from India I wouldn't trust if their last name was Cooper an American last name anyway. So needless to say I called Capital One immediately and they closed my cards so there wouldn't be any fraud against me with those accounts so somehow they have gotten my information when I applied for a loan online which happened to be lendingclub.com

Mr. Randel Paul applied for a loan and needed to pay $200 for the deposit to secure the loan and then $200 for insurance on the loan via iTunes cards.
