Attempted to gain my information, Refused to speak to my boss/Owner of this establishment but wanted to speak to my manager. When i said no to giving him my information he claimed he wanted to hear me say it again because we were in a recorded line, something that needs to be stated at the start of a phone call. Was Very rude and kept telling me they were going to shut the power of to the establishment i work for which if they were really going to do eversource doesnt make phone calls.
