I was on Facebook and kept seeing ads for “real feel prelit garland”. This is something I had been looking for in the stores for my daughter’s baby shower. The ad had said for a fuller look order two garlands. Since the ad had said “prelit” I assumed the 2pc prelit pack meant - two of the garlands. So I ordered 8 of them. When it came in the mail I received four garlands and four lights strings that are not attached to the garland. So, obv not prelit. I reached out to the company to complain about 1. The shipping time. 2. Quality. 3. I had only received 4 of the 8 I ordered. Customer service offered $10 of the $97 I spent as a refund. The garland I received is a cheap plastic that is nothing at all like it was described in the advertisement. I want a full refund and they will not give it to me. I also am just reporting their company for false advertising.
