I purchased an item on the Gardinea.com website. When I received the item, it was missing parts and unusable as received. I requested a return authorization and refund via the only contact information provided on their website: [email protected]. According to their website refund policy, I have 30 days to return the item, but only their contact email address with which to reach them. They have not responded in over a week.

I’m filing this complaint regarding a business operating under the name Gardinea (gardinea.com). This company appears to be scamming customers by taking orders and never fulfilling them.

Multiple people — including myself — have either:

Not received any products after payment

Been ignored when contacting support

Had negative comments or reviews deleted from social media pages to hide complaints

This is highly concerning and suggests deceptive business practices. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no customer service response.

Buyers should beware — I strongly urge the ScamPulse.com to investigate this business for potential fraud.
