I purchased boxbollen which is an interactive game that requires physical endurance. This was purchased for a Christmas present. The product was never received. After inquiring with the company they indicated it went to another address. I requested for the company to issue a credit for a product not received. I indicated that prior arrangement had to be made so there is no need to issue shipment. They are refusing to issue a credit and are wanting to ship it to me again. Disputing this because I should receive a credit and want to make you aware of this company scam. There is no address of the company nor telephone number the only way to content them is via a template.
