Type of a scam Online Purchase
I made a larger purchase online at this website. After placing my order I received an email stating how to pay, my options were cash app,bank transfer,Zelle,Venmo etc. I said ok I can do Venmo send me the Business name and the code .They replied no business name just this name @lil28bighearted Name: Joseph neal? So sent it and I received a text message that they received it and were prepared my order to ship out. 2 hours later I received a new text message from a different # stating they’re with the shipping company EMS and here is your tracking. But unfortunately they can’t ship out my order unless I pay the $399.00 county permit fee that is fully refundable,what? Ok I paid the permit fee that was fully refundable.So now approximately 4 hours late next text message states new permit needed so they can ship my order cost $599.00 . I said your done scamming me . They then proceeded to text me and harassing me for another day . I have text messages and screenshots to support all of this .
