Paid ₹13,000 — No Product, No Refund, No Accountability
In good faith, I placed an order with this seller for a Samsung S25 Ultra and paid ₹13,000 upfront via UPI. The payment was made instantly — no hesitation, no delays — because I trusted him based on the way he communicated and presented the product.
But after the payment, everything changed.
There was no shipment. No tracking ID. No confirmation of dispatch.
Days passed and I kept following up. Each time I asked about my product or refund, I was met with vague responses and excuses.
Then he told me his bank account was frozen, and that the refund couldn’t be processed because of an internal issue.
I even showed understanding and waited patiently — despite the fact that no proof of this “freeze” was ever shown.
Later, he began demanding that I withdraw my cybercrime complaint and delete my review first, before any refund would be considered.
This is where things became absolutely unacceptable.
He admitted that the refund was manually stopped from his side.
He said court interference might delay the refund (an attempt to scare me).
He kept sending emotionally manipulative messages like:
“This has been stressful for me too.”
“Hope you don’t get your money back then, it’s your call.”
Worst of all, after I posted an honest 1-star review on Google — he somehow managed to get it removed without my consent.
Even when I told him I would give him a 5-star review and a fresh start if he just refunded the amount — he still didn’t act.
That shows clearly: this was never about resolving it — it was about silencing me.
And now I’ve discovered that another person was also scammed by the same seller. This confirms it’s not a one-time mistake — it’s a repeated pattern of dishonesty.
