Type of a scam Romance
Introduced himself as "I'm general Gabriel Antonio" Claimed to be looking for love, claims to be a US Citizen, US Army General deployed to Afghanistan. In his words "You already know I work with the US Army. I'm general in command of the Special Forces Operational Detachment-Alpha team assigned to Company B, 82nd Airborne Division. We are deployed in joined task force with the Afghanistan military to help fight the taliban." Further he states "I'm new here on this site and I only come online on urgent cases because this is the only means of communication with my colleagues all around the world to get information and also send information because we are not allowed to make calls or to use camera here in the camp for some security reason it's highly prohibited and it's against the ethic of our career hope you understand??" He claims to have lost his wife three years ago, and has a 16 year old son who is in boarding school in Scotland. Claims to be from Charlotte, NC orininally and "I'm from, USA, I live in Houston Texas and I work with the US Army but right now I'm being deployed to Kabul Afghanistan for a peace keeping mission in reference to the war and crisis here.
He is pretending to be US ARMY, claiming to be a General, and claims to be 45 years old. There are no Generals alive today who are only 45 years old.
Tried many times to get my phone number, to get me to switch to WhatsApp, or Google Hangout. And he claims to be in Afghanistan, but IP tracking information shows he is really in Nigeria.
