I purchased a product key from G2A.com using my VISA card and paid 114.36 SAR. After the payment, the seller provided a non-working or invalid code. I contacted support immediately and provided proof, but they only sent automated replies and never contacted the seller or resolved the issue.

It has been more than a month, and I have not received either a valid product or a refund. Their customer support is unresponsive, and the platform does not take responsibility for scammy sellers operating on their site. I strongly warn others to avoid using this service until they improve their buyer protection and dispute resolution system.

Seller by the name of "Sunny_games" is selling a product under the name of a Steam Global Key (Son of the Forest), with the G2A.com website buttons and prompts showing "Get Steam keys", but after attempting to claim these keys, the prompt brings users to a link with a username, and password for an independent separate account, or dummy account. The buyer has no way of actually claiming the key for their account and is falsely sold a product key the seller has full control over.

This not an isolated event unfortunately and dozens of people are scammed into this purchase inaccurate description of the product, easily seen if you dig slightly into the seller's review page.

I have attempted to contact the seller with no results, and their own terms & conditions for selling and refunding their products is only limited to "Orders cannot be refunded after they have been successfully claimed" (https://www.g2a.com/user/Sunny_games/terms-and-conditions), which one cannot do as all requests are denied apparently. Additionally, the host website G2A.com refuses to get involved and continue to allow this Sunny_games to scam people.

The seller of the site didn't put that the product key was for new accounts, so when I bought it the keys didn't work. I contacted them and they told me I couldn't get a refund because the keys were for new accounts. Nowhere visable on their listing did it say it was for new accounts, but they said it was on the listing. They couldn't produce the proof it was on the listing, and they refused my refund because the info was either behind an external link, or 'small print' I did not, or could not see. This is a scam ran by websites so their sellers can unload unsellable items to people. They will never sell these keys if they didn't lie, because who would buy 10 keys of a something they can not even use one of them? Nobody would. That site should be shut down. It's located in HONG KONG
