I lost $900 to this person who said they were an investor from fxmarketoption.com. It’s a scam I have text messages and him telling me that I need to send him more people to scam.. and he’ll give me my money back…

This person came into my inbox named Lisa, she provided information regarding investments. First she said she would be trading for me, it went from my initial $100 to a profit of $680 then they said my account was placed on hold and I needed to add $1430 more to continue. I waited a day after reviewing the page website more and checking for reviews, they provided a actual visual of the funds be made, the investment gaining a profit. After I saw no scams listed, and the company had no bad reviews on the BBB, I continued and added the additional $1430.

She then shut down her Facebook page and asked me to talk with her on what apps so because I had already invested, I asked why she closed down her page, she said the company was updating.

The WhatsApp number is listed as a business, I reported the business to them too.

Once the trading stopped, Lisa then walked me through the process to withdraw. Then they sent me an email stating that I needed to give them $5300 before I could withdraw my funds.

I then asked why couldn't the fee be taken from profit. She then stopped responding. I just want my investment amount back. And please everyone, never trust any of this no matter how good their company looks. I also went through cash and reported them, hopefully they can help me to reverse the bitcoin payments.

Hello the exact story for me. First talking to a Lisa and then going through cash app bitcoin. My initial investment was $200 then after walking me through steps on what's app, the guy asked for $1200. I told him that's not what's advertised on Facebook which the page was deleted after I started the Investment. The guy and his manger then started calling me through what's app trying to get more money from me telling me they know I have more money to invest. I'm just glad all I gave was $200. I might would've gave more if the conversation wasn't so unprofessional. ??‍♀️ I asked several times for my money back but was told it was in the market!
