Ordered and paid for a pet bed and extra cover in August 2025, have not recieved as of November 20, 2025 after multiple attempts to contact the company. There are multiple negative reviews on trust pilot as well as numerous unhappy customers via the company face book platform ('angry face' icon responses). Facebook says multiple comments have been removed.

I ordered slipcovers from Funnyfuzzy in August 2025. It's now the end of November 2025, and despite my attempts to email them and message them on social media to get updates on my order (they don't have a phone number), the only messages I've received are "please be patient." I was finally told that my order had made it to the U.S. and made it through customs, but that was not reflected on the package tracker on their website. The updated tracking number they gave me doesn't work, and they began to contradict themselves---one social media person (on Facebook) told me it was through customs, and another (on Instagram) told me later it was still out at sea on the boat. I'm about to try canceling my order, but from what I've read from other customers, I doubt I'll get my money back. I believe this company has already been shut down in other countries, so it might be time to shut them down in the U.S.

I purchased an item for my Yorkie on 5/28:25 they won’t provide tracking number only excuses it’s been a month no merchandise received.

The business was slow to communicate and sent a product of low quality that did not match the description. I reported to PayPal without success. It was like the responses from the company were full of misspellings and didn’t seem real. The responses were so far apart and the case closed for PayPal.

I originally ordered the product a while back. The package received 3 weeks late from FunnyFuzzy was not what I ordered and I worked with “customer support” who had me send the package back. I had to pay for shipping both ways.

Throughout the whole process the customer support was rude and dismissive. A coupe of weeks pasted and I tried to check in to see if the package was received and if the replacement was in the way. Originally they said they couldn’t find the package and then when they did that the replacement was coming. It never did.

When I reached out again. I was informed that the product was actually discontinued and they would not be sending a replacement…

I asked for a full refund and they refused only offering a pittance in return. I am still totally empty handed.

After some research I found this is not uncommon. The word “scam” is often used when talking about them. They have clearly stolen from many people. Despite a reputable seeming website I think they are just out to steal from potential customers. I feel stupid for falling for it.

I don’t care about the money anymore, I just don’t want more people to have their hard earned money stolen.

Please do something to stop them

I purchased a product online in July. I returned the product shortly after because it was made incorrectly and did not fit my couch (couch cover/cushion). I contacted them to return it and they asked for photos so I took photos and sent to them. they said I could return it if I paid the shipping, which I did. I returned it on August 22. Tracking Number shows delivered: 420300969310810944102396940568. I have since sent SEVERAL emails asking for my refund and they are simply not responding. I am in the process of doing a chargeback with my credit card company but to date have not received my money back. They took my money, got their product back, I paid shipping TWICE and I have nothing to show but a loss of money and their refusal to respond to me. This form won't let me click "next" if i upload a document but I have everything documented.

I ordered an item on the Funny Fuzzy website. When it arrived, the quality was so awful. It looked nothing close to the photos on their site. I attempted to initiate a return process and was ignored. I contacted three email addresses listed on the site and got one initial response from “[email protected]”, then nothing. It has been weeks. There is no phone number listed. There are specific instructions stating items cannot be returned/mailed to the address listed online. (Albany, NY) and all returns should be initiated by emailing “[email protected]”.
