Money was taken from my account 39$ plus a month. I Got nothing in return. The payments went to the UK and the bank knew something was wrong. I would like my money back. When I became a member on his site, nothing was said about a 39$ plus payment. They took my money without me knowing about it. I thought being a member was free, but it’s not. Why did my money go to the UK? What was it for? How many others got scammed? I want what ever they took from me. It’s my hard working dollars, not his.

I spotted a DVD on eBay that I was interested in. I did a google search and found the item at a cheaper price on a seller's personal website; i.e, www.fredthebluraydog.com.

I purchased two Blu-Ray collections and after they arrived, I immediately noticed that the covers were unprofessionally printed and realized that I had received pirated materials. Moreover, the discs don't even play.

I emailed the seller to indicate my displeasure and requested a refund. I was told the "product" was "Blu-Ray" and not "DVDs" and that I may need to upgrade my firmware on my player. I replied to the seller that I did have a "Blu-Ray" player and that my firmware was already upgraded to its latest revision. I have received no further communication from the seller other than spam emails advertising his obviously pirated videos.
