Saw an ad stating a liquidation sale on boots. I should have known it was too good to be true. Received an order confirmation and then a tracking number. Followed the tracking to delivered, which it was not. I contacted customer service, they said they didn’t have proof that it was delivered so they would send again. Waited another couple weeks, tracking said it was delivered, but on Christmas, which we all know is not possible. I confronted them again and they said they would give me a 70% refund. Waiting to see if that is true or not.

Paid a deposit for kitchen cabinets using Chimes as requested by the seller. Arrived at pickup location and the individual who answered door had no idea what i was talking about. I immediately contacted Chime to report the scam and was basically told TOO BAD.
