No items received after 4 weeks.
Made inquiry to company concerning product, was provided tracking number for SFYD, China-based shipping company. Tracking showed arrival in NY, clearance of customs, then transfer to USPS with follow-on movement all over the country, not to my state.
Company stated product delivered 01 April 2025, but I received no package.
Requested USPS tracking number from company and made contact with local post office.
Post office provided proof that package was labeled for delivery to an address over 15 miles away from my home. Post office cannot provide exact name or address to me for recipient of package (protection of PII, VERY understandable).
Vendor failed to properly label package for shipment to my home and provided no product for the money.
Vendor refuses refund, despite their failure to deliver any product.
