I ordered what was supposed to be retractable ratchet straps off of an Instagram ad. I ordered 5 sets at a total of $94.94.  It took 2 months for them to come in. When they finally arrived they were not what was ordered. They are plain cheap straps. I have contacted them on 2 different email addresses and no response.
