They pose as a membership but it’s just a scam to get money. First they take your info from somewhere else then later charge you these fake memberships you didn’t sign up for. When they charge you it’s from a new website but all the websites look exactly alike but with a new name. They will refund your money but then a week or 2 later they try to charge you again from a new website. This girl Julianna Blackshear & her boyfriend Nathan Leon seem to be the ones running this Upper Grand Inc & are associated with it. From my info they’re like 20 something year old kids. I don’t know how many are involved but I’d say a lot because I’ve dealt with 4 or 5 different incidents (websites) trying to get them to stop randomly harassing & charging me money for something I didn’t want. They need to be shut down & leave people alone. It’s just so persistent & out of hand.
