After having recently moved, I received an "invoice" from this company located in Florida for deed services, offering to send me a copy of a "Property Assessment Profile. The fee for "deed service" is for $105. It is obviously a scam. Don't fall for it!

My business was scammed only last week from a similar company and today, I received yet another scam in my mailbox. This time, it was for a labor law compliance poster. They were asking for, once again, almost $100. The notice looks so legit but after making several calls, it is most definitely a scam. New business and existing businesses, please BEWARE! I will not allow them to steal my money for a second time!
