I received a letter in the mail indicating they would like to purchase my house for a determined amount. Included a contract with the letter.

I have searched Sunbiz.org, googled their name and Facebook. Only bad comments on Facebook, no information anywhere else.

Their address is a PO Box at the UPS store.

Please look into this company.

Fitzwell Properties is very unprofessional! I posted an honest review on BBB about their excessive mailings. They responded with complete fabrications. They typed up something elsewhere and pasted it into their response and claimed it was what they sent me. They also tried to falsify my communications with them to make it look like I threatened them.I wrote my own review of my experience. I urge EXTREME CAUTION when dealing with Fitzwell Properties! Their behavior and actions in many cases are fishy at best.
