On-going monthly fee attempt $12.39 for no purchase or subscription. When I call number (from vendor name on my billing stmt) I get a recorded message saying (1) they are experiencing high volume (no kidding! Thousands of people are trying to cancel their scam) then (2) msg says there is a technical problem so phone number simply disconnects - does not even allow voice msg. There was no email since they simply started billing a monthly fee. Hard to trace how they even got my credit card number. I looked them up online and tons of people are reporting same scam.
