I bought this outfit online, with an initial email confirmation they did take returns. I got the outfit, it did not fit at all, I went through many many emails, even went through their process for an RMA #, which I never received. I sent it back to the address on the package, it got returned as 'unavailable'. Now they are saying they can only refund me 15% of my purchase.

The person I've been getting email responses from calls herself 'Alice' and with the broken english in the correspondence, I can tell this person isn't from the U.S. I saved all the emails if you need them. Please advise my next step
