My cat had ran away a few months ago and I live in a different state then him and so I looked for a pet rescue and tracking service and was recommended to PET GUARD and they said they found him and everything but refused to give me video and only two pictures were sent and one looked like one of the pics I first sent over just flopped and the other looked like mine but I couldn’t see any defining marks in the pictures. I then proceeded to ask to come pick up in person and it was absolute refusal for in person pick up and every time they weee supposed to come out something would happen and they’d make up an excuse and prolong another day and try and get another $100 out of me a day but I didn’t budge and they eventually threw a fit and stopped replying and so I’m filing a complaint because no one should get scammed like this and these people should be punished for scamming people in this way! And the only form of communication was through messenger and PayPal and I never got a response from the account email in their FB profile either!
