I purchased 9 face masks totaling $70 back in April 2020. They have passed the ball to the courier service and refuse to give me a refund due to they have supposedly already shipped. But being "shipped" is not being DELIVERED so now here I find myself the victim of a flat out SCAM. Do not give these people your business, they have no good intentions.

I placed an order on April 24, 2020 for 2 adult face masks that had baby yoda on them. I received an email saying my order and payment were recieved. I then received an email saying that my item had shipped on May 12th, 2020. I have verified with USPS, that a shipping label was made but that the package has never been mailed by Favocy.
