Richard Powers, broker Farrell Realty LLC, offered to purchase my time share in Mexico for $228000. Then the escrow - title person Mr. Burnham contacted me explaining that I would be required to pay the $5200 fee to the Mexican government for the sale and the fee would be reimbursed at the sale. I refused to send any money.
