I ordered from instagram and had multiple emails back and forth. They kept saying it was coming and to track the order. I called my post office when it said it was there and they did not have any tracking number that matched it. They offered to reimburse me 15% but I wasn’t going to give my credit card info again.

I ordered a product from this company, but I realized it wouldn’t arrive in the time I needed it so I requested a cancellation and refund per their website instructions. I reached out to all 3 of their email addresses listed on their website; one was non-responsive, one was undeliverable, and one appears to be a personal email. After about 2 weeks, I requested a cancellation/refund per their website instructions, I was met with a response of “please wait 1-2 business days for your order to finish processing” along with “it will arrive in 7-20 working days” despite the websites claims of “fast” delivery. After continuing to request a cancellation/refund the seller provided a tracking number that has not yet been received by the shipping company therefore implying it has not been shipped yet. Still they refuse to honor their cancellation policy and will not refund my money.
