I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company. They are scammers who took my money and created multiple fake flight reservations. Over the course of one month, they canceled my flight more than five times without ever notifying me. Every time I called (which was countless times), I was told, "It will be fixed, just wait," but nothing ever changed. Their customer service is completely unprofessional and evasive.

The day before my scheduled trip, they completely canceled my flight again and claimed a refund would be issued. This was not a vacation – it was an important trip with non-refundable hotel and other reservations already in place. I was forced to book a last-minute flight directly through the airline, which cost me more than three times the original price.

If I hadn’t taken action myself, I would have lost even more money. I have reported this to my bank as fraud and strongly urge the Attorney General to investigate this company. They are deceiving consumers and causing real financial and emotional distress. Do NOT trust this company under any circumstances.
