1 the confirmation came too fast, usually it takes time for the airline to confirm
2 e-mail confirmation came fast but has no airline booking number.
If you did not get this number, there is no ticket.
I called and was told that tickets do not include any carry on or luggage and seats can't be assigned. Tickets can't be cancelled (federal law allows 24 hrs).
I was also told that "promotional" seats are not guaranteed but I will be accommodated on the flight if there are seats available, if not, then the next flight.
Imagine getting to the airport and discovering you have no tickets (5 people).
I quickly logged to my credit card and locked it before they made a charge.
Apparently, they sold my CC #. When I unlocked my card a week later, I got multiple fake charges, disputed them and now getting a replacement card.
