The site portrayed customizable options for collegiate products. I had to pay extra to get a customized product for Kansas State University. When the product arrived, it was a very generic product of extremely poor quality which looked nothing like what was portrayed online. I have reached out to the company via email and am getting emails back with very poor english and they are not willing to resolve the issue.
